We're thrilled to introduce our latest Specialty Grade Single Origin coffee: El Indio from Colombia!

For those unfamiliar with the term, "Specialty Grade" signifies an internationally recognized standard for exceptional coffee bean quality and flavor. El Indio achieved an impressive score of 87 on this grading system, which places it significantly above most other coffees (a score of 80 or higher qualifies as Specialty Grade).

This exquisite coffee is cultivated in the mountainous region of Tolima, at elevations reaching 2150 meters above sea level. It offers a delightful profile with prominent fruity and floral notes, beautifully complemented by hints of chocolate and jasmine flower. We've applied a light roast to truly highlight these beautiful flavors, which are further enhanced by the natural processing method.

Natural processing involves carefully placing ripe coffee cherries on raised beds or concrete patios. A dedicated quality team diligently monitors this process to ensure even drying and optimal moisture content, ultimately resulting in a truly exceptional cup.

For the best experience, we recommend using a slower brew method such as pour-over, plunger, or filter. This will allow the impressive flavors of this coffee to fully develop and shine through.
